Who We Are? - Zuari Infra

We are Zuari Infraworld India Limited (ZIIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Zuari Industries Limted (erstwhile Zuari Global Ltd) having a long-standing corporate legacy of being a Dr. K K Birla group company. ZIIL is the flagship Real Estate arm of the Adventz Group - an Indian Conglomerate with global ambitions led by top industrialist Mr. Saroj Kumar Poddar - which is the union of Zuari & Texmaco, two of India's leading corporate houses representing the pioneer entrepreneurial vision of late Dr. K.K. Birla. Given the lineage and multi company involvement, the company is blessed with significant land bank across the country.

It represents the group's determined thrust, aiming at creating a range of world-class, premium as well as value for money residential and commercial spaces. The company is presently developing residential projects in Mysore, Goa and Dubai that offer high-end luxury villas, high-rise apartment buildings with open garden, row houses, luxury villaments etc. to the residents. Keeping the environment in mind the company has decided to have greenery as the Signature theme in all its projects.

In the near future, Zuari Infraworld also plans to launch large scale projects in heart of the country - Delhi, Kolkata & Bangalore. The first such project is 'Zuari Garden City', a 73 acre integrated township in the heritage and tourist city of Mysore. The company was extremely successful in completing the first phase comprising of 217 Villas amidst large gardens and parks. The project with acres of landscaped green have already won approbation in the form of awards for 5 consecutive years from Govt. of Karnataka. The second phase& third phase comprising of Apartments & Villaments are complete now and handover of units already started to the owners. The fourth phase comprising 156 nos. of residential plots over 10 acres of land is the new addition to Zuari Garden City. The plots are strategically located in the gated community apart from a set of plots adjoining the KRS road making them ideally suitable for commercial activities. As part of the already established secured community, the plots are ready for building your dream homes right away after registration of your plots.

Zuari Rain Forest, Goa is another landmark project developed by Zuari Infraworld where 25 Villas and 70 Low rise apartments are distributed across 6.89Acres of land providing ample space to relax and access 20 Acres of private forest which adjoins the project. The project is now complete in all respects and handover has completed to all the owners.

Whistle Blower Policy

The Company has formulated a Whistle Blower Policy (the Policy) in compliance with the Companies Act 2013, to enable employees, customers, agents, contractors, suppliers, consultants and other vendors that conduct business with Zuari Infraworld India Limited (ZIIL) to raise concerns about unethical behavior, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Company’s code of conduct or ethics policy.

Under the Policy, the concerns/ complaints pertaining to Deputy General Managers, General Managers, Chief General Managers, Vice Presidents, Presidents (employees within the grade of M00-M02) should be raised before the Chairman of Audit Committee and concerns against other Employees should be addressed to the Ombudsperson.

The Policy also provides for adequate safeguards against victimization of persons who use such mechanism and provides for direct access to the chairperson of the Audit Committee in appropriate and exceptional cases.

The Company has designated the Manager - HR, Mr. Srinivas B.S as the Ombudsperson and has created the following email accounts for facilitating the raising of such concerns.
