I booked my villament in Zuari Brindavan Serenity in the middle of pandemic lock‐down (covid wave 1) in May 2020.. it was such a tough call to make in the midst of uncertainties. Looking at how things have unfolded now, it was one of my best decisions under pressure. The appearance of E-Block is very good. View from the apartment great. When the garden is finished, it will be a wonderful place to stay.

I liked the Zuari Garden Property for its location, serenity and overall ambience and facilities provided in the township.

Tiles could be improved & MBR toilets windows could be placed in better way. Vijay was excellent in terms of communicating and he was helpful.

Zuari Rain Forest, a residential township located in Sancoale, South Goa is one of it’s kind where promise equates delivery. Having bought a property in the township, one of my concern like others was whether what has been promised will be delivered. My first-hand experience with this project is a testimony to the fact that what was promised has been delivered.

The project as stated in the initial plan and agreement to sell indicates lush green themed gardens all around, sporting area for children including basket ball and beach volley ball grounds, Club house with all amenities, Swimming pool, pantry area, outdoor barbeque area etc. I witnessed exactly what was indicated in the initial plan and agreement to sell.

Dealing with the staff on the project was an awesome experience. They were always cordial and receptive. One of my concern was whether I would be able to track the progress of construction. This was possible due to the support staff on the project who used to send us periodically, detailed photos of every area of the property. When requested for additional pictures, the staff were not hesitant at all to send these pictures. I had dealt with Anil, Prakash and Damodhar, although my first point of contact was Anil who was extremely cordial. I truly commend the staff for their cooperation during the entire process. Location wise it's a very planned township. Zuari is one of the big player of construction industry. Companies that are part of Zuari Global Limited include Simon India Ltd. (SIL), Zuari Infraworld India Ltd., Indian Furniture Products Ltd. (IFPL), Zuari Investments Ltd and Zuari Indian Oiltanking Ltd., a 50:50 joint venture with Indian Oiltanking Ltd. This township is a combination of Villas & apartments. They have completed the villas construction. Currently apartment construction is going on.

Very beautiful and serene location, created by the Zuari Group. The work is still in progress but with the construction already in place, the area is very nicely done. It is about 73 acres plot just opposite the closed down Mandya National Paper Mills, on KRS Road. The quarters of the erstwhile paper mill employees is in the middle of the overall plot, appears it has proven to be difficult to relocate them. But the overall design and plan is excellent. In another 5 to 10 years this will be a most sought after place.

Calm, Quiet and Gated township of around 200 villas near KRS village, around 10 km from MYSORE and 2 km from KRS Dam. Have basic facilities like a grocery shop, swimming pool, children play area, badminton court etc

Especially, the front land scaping has come out really well and hope by the time of the completion of all the villas, there will be lot of greenery inside the campus. As discussed during my visit, if the landscaping is done for the background hill, it gives a beautiful look for the whole campus along with the temple in the background. Over all the progress in site is quite good and hopefully the same speed will be maintained for the remaining period of construction.

Purchasing a home is an important milestone in a family's life. In a business environment of present times it is also a significant decision point. The buying decision happens to be a complex process as there are numerous projects available in hundreds of fast developing Indian cities. The royal city Mysore is bustling and fast emerging as a knowledge hub along with its existing cultural richness. It was an easy thing to zero down to the Zuari Garden City project as it's a unique integrated residential township in Mysore. An exceptional location and meticulous landscape designs are outstanding. Other luxury premium projects that I considered for comparisons were either too expensive or lacked the ability and vision to integrate with the existing natural surroundings. Large parks, Lake, sports and recreational facilities, a Temple on a hillock, contemporary Shopping mall, Food courts, Multiplex... the project looked very complete to me

Very few companies, especially the real estate ones, have a realization of responsibility. They fail to understand that it is a relationship business. Zuari Group is a respected corporate house founded by Dr. K K Birla and has built its reputation brick by brick over decades. Most importantly, the employees at their Mysore and Bangalore office, with whom I communicated, took pride in professionally executing their respective responsibilities. Satisfied customers can be only created through clear comments and prompt communication laced with honesty, integrity and general care. It would be wrong if I don't mention their names: Anil, Srikanth, Agnes and Santhosh. They were so approachable and polite that my long list of queries about site, approvals, transactions actually looked small.

I had initially booked a townhouse as per recommendations from my very good friend in Mysore who also booked the adjacent townhouse for himself. During my March visit to Mysore, I was for the first time able to visit the location and appreciate the development that was taking place in Hulikere (Tiger Tank) en route to KRS Brindavan Gardens. I did attend one of the years of my primary school in KRS while we lived in Belagola and I am familiar with the dry lands there at that time. I truly was impressed by the project in general and courteous, prompt and efficient ways in which Mr Anil Kumar has dealt with me all along. I really look forward to the completion of this what appears to be an excellent living community near Mysore.
