(SIL), Zuari Infraworld India Ltd., Indian Furniture Products Ltd. (IFPL), Zuari Investments Ltd and Zuari Indian Oiltanking Ltd., a 50:50 joint venture with Indian Oiltanking Ltd. This township is a combination of Villas & apartments. They have completed the villas construction. Currently apartment construction is going on.
Very beautiful and serene location, created by the Zuari Group. The work is still in progress but with the construction already in place, the area is very nicely done. It is about 73 acres plot just opposite the closed down Mandya National Paper Mills, on KRS Road. The quarters of the erstwhile paper mill employees is in the middle of the overall plot, appears it has proven to be difficult to relocate them. But the overall design and plan is excellent. In another 5 to 10 years this will be a most sought after place.

I could relate the project site happenings to your plan in the website clearly. Especially, the front land scaping has come out really well and hope by the time of the completion of all the villas, there will be lot of greenery inside the campus. Construction quality is really maintained well. I really appreciate the site safety measures taken into consideration.
As discussed during my visit, if the landscaping is done for the background hill, it gives a beautiful look for the whole campus along with the temple in the background. Over all the progress in site is quite good and hopefully the same speed will be maintained for the remaining period of construction.

Purchasing a home is an important milestone in a family's life. In a business environment of present times it is also a significant decision point. Other luxury premium projects that I considered for comparisons were either too expensive or lacked the ability and vision to integrate with the existing natural surroundings. Large parks, Lake, sports and recreational facilities, a Temple on a hillock, contemporary Shopping mall, Food courts, Multiplex... the project looked very complete to me
Very few companies, especially the real estate ones, have a realization of responsibility. They fail to understand that it is a relationship business. Zuari Group is a respected corporate house founded by Dr. K K Birla and has built its reputation brick by brick over decades. Most importantly, the employees at their Mysore and Bangalore office, with whom I communicated, took pride in professionally executing their respective responsibilities. Satisfied customers can be only created through clear comments and prompt communication laced with honesty, integrity and general care. It would be wrong if I don't mention their names: Anil, Srikanth, Agnes and Santhosh. They were so approachable and polite that my long list of queries about site, approvals, transactions actually looked small.

I had initially booked a townhouse as per recommendations from my very good friend in Mysore who also booked the adjacent townhouse for himself. During my March visit to Mysore, I was for the first time able to visit the location and appreciate the development that was taking place in Hulikere (Tiger Tank) en route to KRS Brindavan Gardens. I did attend one of the years of my primary school in KRS while we lived in Belagola and I am familiar with the dry lands there at that time. I truly was impressed by the project in general and courteous, prompt and efficient ways in which Mr Anil Kumar has dealt with me all along. I really look forward to the completion of this what appears to be an excellent living community near Mysore.
